The little things

What details of your life could you pay more attention to?

Consistency is the one thing I could really pay more attention to in my life. It’s a key to life as a whole in my opinion and to do so takes a little bit of dedication.

What’s your #1 priority tomorrow?

Put GOD first and foremost and the I show love and respect to my wife and kid, thank them for being them and then I will do what I need to do as a father and a husband.

In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled?

When the task is complete, especially if the job is done earlier than expected. Not rushing it neither, getting it done with precision is key because I don’t like to leave bits and pieces behind chancing the outcome be less than.

When times get rough and it looks like the point of no return is among us I notice a lot of people fold. My mentor told me once before when I get down and out to just remember all the times when I stumbled on a problem and after a while the problem simply vanished. He and my mother told me that time will heal all at some point, just let it be and as I get older I seem to experience that it really does work out that way. Time seems to defy all in our lives and when at times things get a bit sticky, put GOD first and have faith, I know it seems easier said than done when the odds are stacked against you you but it can and will work out for you. Maybe not at that exact moment but it will happen.

The easy life

List three jobs you’d consider pursuing if money didn’t matter.

  1. A Video game store
  2. Selling hats and shoes
  3. Running a mom and pop produce store

Almost there

Have you ever felt so close to the finish line that you can feel the ribbon stretching across your chest. It’s a feeling of completion that feels like no other and I mean a great feeling. I feel it everyday like I’m winning an award just by being grateful and humble.

Man of many

What brands do you associate with?

I really don’t associate or attach myself to a brand like I used to because of cost for the most part. I am a cost efficient brander the older I get and especially that I have a kid so it’s kinda let’s get her in order before I can brand chase. I find it that some of the favorite brands and some of the cheaper brands are almost exact, probably made in the same factory just with a different label on them and also the amount of times a person uses said brand. So NO I don’t have a particular brand I associate with.

Just a thought

Sometimes we have to take a moment for ourselves every now and again. We all could use a mental and physical reset to rejuvenate ourselves and it’s okay to do so. We work, we tend to our families and friends, try and complete tasks, driving all over the place, but when was the last time you did something for you and just you. It could be just going to get a coffee alone and reflect on life and how precious it really is with every wakening breath.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t wait, do what you feel is right for yourself, we only got one life to live and he said live it to the max. Enjoy yourself and have fun
