What was the last thing you did for play or fun?

Played a little battlefield 6 on my PlayStation 5 for a little while. It is a very awesome video game to play, I don’t get to play it as often like I would like to , but when I get a few hours, I hop on there with a few friends and do a couple of missions catching up with friends on what they have been up to since we last talked…

Describe a man who has positively impacted your life.

My father in law has really opened my eyes when it comes to the depths of our economy and our politicians in so many ways. I won’t get into any details, but for the first 25 -30 years of my life I was stead fast on a particular view and after hanging out and talking with my father in law, I look at our whole system a complete different way, not in a bad way but in a removed blinders kind of way.

Is your life today what you pictured a year ago?

Absolutely it is.

What skills or lessons have you learned recently?

Learning how to be present in my life as I get older and more patient, not rushing everything all the time.

What cities do you want to visit?

I would to visit any city in Africa to experience its culture, the food, the people, the weather. It looks so fascinating from what is shown on tv and I want to see for myself, not so much of the jungle or the dessert part of Africa. I know it’s not all huts and flies buzzing around small kids, but I’m pretty sure there is some villages that are off the grid that are like that. It would be amazing to experience that.

Tell us one thing you hope people say about you.

How much of an absolute wonderful person I am.

Tell us about your first day at something — school, work, as a parent, etc.

When my daughter was born it was an amazing process to watch, she was and is my only child outside of having two stepsons, but at the age of 30 when my daughter blessed us with her presence it was breathtaking. I had never been in a birth delivery room before and to watch a human being come into this world was the best day of my life knowing that this little human being is biologically part of me was a blessing. I remember the nurse was like “ sir can you move down a bit, we know you’re excited, but we have to do our job”. I backed down down, but not a lot lol, I was anxious and super happy all at the same time.

Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech?

I gave a speech as a teenager to some elementary school kids and I knocked it out the park. It was an introduction to middle school for the young lads and I re dived a round of applause afterwards. I had spoken so well that the other speakers kind of had a back and forth on who should follow after me and the content e ended due Roth fact no one could follow up after I had spoken.

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Bench curls, chest press and lat pull down and my favorite physical activities to do when I got the time. At my job I get around 114,000 steps in everyday so when I do find the time to get a workout in it’s a bonus. I used to do plenty of pushups and sit-ups a few years ago watching cartoons and I had a awesome six pack, but that six pack is no longer there lol, but anyways those are a few of my favorites
