Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.

2008 I decided to leave my family and friends and go to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I kept seeing this trucking company that offered schooling and housing, solid pay and a chance to see the country all while making income. It was a 6 week program, and after I completed all requirements, I would be locked into a 10 month contract to repay the company, and the beauty of that company, it was a sponsored company, all I had to do was drive for them, fulfill my contract and I would be able to take what I had learned from the school and from the experience I had gained during those 10 months, I could go on to bigger and better challenges. It was scary leaving my home town, and driving such a huge vehicle across the United states, all I had driven up to that point was a couple cars and a pickup truck or two, but being in control of a 80 foot vehicle maneuvering thru the Colorado Rockies, the cascade mountain range, all the way to happy valley in Pennsylvania up and around the Catskill mountains in upstate New York, I got so use to the truck and the conditions, it became second nature. That is one risk I would do all over again, now years later, I am an awesome father, husband and a fleet manager at FedEx in Michigan, so yeah that’s one risk and an adventure all in one.
