When was the first time you really felt like a grown up (if ever)?

When my daughter was born into this world. That very moment my kid cried coming out the womb made me realize that this little human is going to solely depend on me and her mother and that I have to be a big boy now. I was 30 years old when I had my first and only child and I think being that age helped me out a ton. I was mature enough to understand but still immature to a lot of other things. As my kid gets older, I still good around, but I know when to be serious especially when it comes to my kid. It really takes a lot of growing up when you become a parent and a lot of sacrifice and dedication. And at the end of the day I would do it all over again and again,

If you had a million dollars to give away, who would you give it to?

I would give my spare million dollars to the help center that took me in when I was falling in life and they help me get myself back in the game. I would like to see more TV’s and activities for the guys that go there, more amenities in the facility, and a mini store in there for the guys to get snacks throughout the day without having to wait for breakfast lunch and dinner. I would even have a in house barber to make them feel more comfortable and maybe a few video game systems to keep it interesting.

What’s something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.

Starting my own cargo hauling business, knowing that I would have guaranteed freight locally all the time everyday would be awesome.

What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

Getting myself sober from alcohol was the biggest goal I’ve had in my life. When it comes to fighting demons, getting over that was a heck of a mountain to climb, but three years later it was all worth it.

What is your favorite hobby or pastime?

Video games and writing are two of my favorite things to do when I have free time to myself. I take my daughter fishing from time to time but as she gets deep in her teens, it’s more of her friends and other things that she gets into that have me go alone. But for me personally it’s the video games like sports. I workout a couple of times in my garage to past time and get a few reps in to break a sweat, but the motivation sometimes goes away especially after work. I like drawing as well, it not as much as writing. I can draw pretty good when I want to and I like to cook for my family. I made this dish I found online called marry me chicken and it was amazing, I kind of out did myself on that one and my wife can attest to that one lol, but anyways I guess cooking, writing, drawing and video games are my go to past time hobbies.

What would you do if you lost all your possessions?

Do what I did the first time to get it all back, but I would go harder and get it all back twice as much as before. But when I sit and think about it, I may just minimize due to me getting older, I have came to the conclusion that less is more…

Tell us about a time when you felt out of place.

I really don’t have a specific time I’ve felt out of place because first and foremost I am a Leo and Leo’s tend to be able to adapt to all environments and never feel out of place. I have read were Leo’s are the ones who can show up almost anywhere and fit right in, being able to have no awkwardness moments. I only read up on Leo’s because I am one and I haven’t really read what any other signs tendencies are, but I’m quite sure other signs are the same to a point, I can speak only for myself, but I just feel comfortable everywhere I go.

Your life without a computer: what does it look like?

It would be as if I was a teenager all over again, no social media, no life comparison, trying to keep up with the jones. It would be peaceful, getting out and about talking to people, having real conversations with others, enjoying life as we’re supposed to be doing, not worrying so much with all non sense that we have no control over. I think the computer has made us lazy to a point, very antisocial but have a lot to say on the computer, how is that even a thing I ask myself sometimes, but it is a real thing. I miss them days, it’s like life was a bit more simple and not to sheltered, even as an adult it feels like so. Don’t get me wrong, the computer is an excellent tool when used the right way, but on the other hand it can be a wrecking ball and we all know that is fact.
